My 1st idea:
There will be a heritage week during April at al Bastakya, they are offering a free kiosk of Emirati artists and designers. I thought of taking one kiosk there and make a new identity for a shop. I also have to sell something, which is related to heritage.
The main outcomes:
1- Minimum of 3 designs for T-shirts.
2- Minimum of 3-notebook design.
3- Logo (an identity)
4- Poster
5- Flyer
6- Documentary about the selling at al Bastakya.
The idea you are proposing here is wonderful, but again, don't do my mistake and go straight to the end and decide what are the outcomes you are going to produce, maybe you need to look into it more deeply, try to seek an answer for a question, a good suggestion for you will be to look into other shops that has the same idea of this week and see how did they do all the work, what did they sell and how did they promoted their shop or identity.

ReplyDeleteMy concern is that you are taking on more than anybody else in your group AND you will have to finish it earlier.
ReplyDeleteMy other concern is that you came up only with one idea.
Although your topic has good potential, the above issues concern me. And if you manage to deliver all the good on time and finish earlier than everybody else, what will you do after that? A small problem, I suppose we can find something to do.
But the fact that you have less time than anybody else to produce all this work, means that potentially you will need to cut some corners.
